Shipping Information

When placing an order at Indofastprint you can expect fast delivery from Courier service who work with us.We usually do shipping via FEDex,DHL,UPS dan Cargo Company.
You may choose courier service during checkout in our website,All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours during the business week .Our Customer Service department will be happy to let you know the stock status of any item. Orders containing more then one item shipping to the same address may arrive in separate boxes to allow our customers the fastest possible delivery service.

Orders placed Saturday -Sunday will ship the following Monday or next business day. Our orders are imported every few hours into our internal processing system. At that time you will receive your order number via email and another email will follow with tracking number details a few hours after the item leaves our facility. Shipping time starts when your package leaves our facility.Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns

Should you receive material that exhibits defects in material or workmanship,Indofastprint will provide a full refund or no-cost replacement if you notify us in writing within 30 days from the date you received your order. Please open each shipment promptly so that any problems can be resolved within the 30-day guarantee.
All returns must have a return authorization number assigned before the product is returned. 

Refunds and Credits

Once your return is received in our warehouse and inspected, we will refund your purchase in the same payment form as originally tendered. This usually takes 5 business days. If your refund is by credit card, this may take additional 2-10 business days depending on the credit card company.

Types of Return Claims

Ordering Error Claims

We understand that items are sometimes ordered in error and we are happy to help you when this occurs. We simply ask that you return the items in the original packaging. We will then re-ship the correct product for the applicable shipping fees plus a 15% re-stock fee to cover the cost of the return. If the original packaging has been damaged please notify your Indofastprint representative when you initiate the return.

Damaged or Lost Shipment Claims

Please take a moment to inspect your shipments when they arrive. If the packaging is damaged and the enclosed item appears to be damaged, it’s important that you keep the original package and call us to file a claim with the carrier. Indofastprint will only file claims on orders shipped with Indofastprint shipping accounts.

Manufacturing Defect Claims

Contact us for an RMA and we will send you a replacement item and also request a detailed description of the defect including lot number, batch number, serial number, etc. We will also require that the defective item be returned to our warehouse within 14 days.

Indofastprint Shipping Error Claims

We ask that you make a claim with us within five working days from the delivery date in order to ensure a refund can be issued or a replacement product can be sent.

Printer and Hardware Issues
Contact us and we will direct you to the manufacturer. We cannot do an immediate replacement for printers and other hardware.

FedEx Claims

Claims for FedEx shipments damaged in transit, non-delivery, or denial of signature are required within 15 days of the original invoice and the original shipping carton must be retained. FedEx reserves the right to inspect the damaged product to finalize the claim.

UPS Claims

Claims for UPS shipments damaged in transit are required within 30 days of the original invoice and the original shipping carton must be retained. UPS reserves the right to inspect the damaged product to finalize the claim.

DHL Claims

Claims forDHL shipments damaged in transit, non-delivery, or denial of signature are required within 15 days of the original invoice and the original shipping carton must be retained. DHL reserves the right to inspect the damaged product to finalize the claim.
